Boost your lumber production with the Timbery E240 Thin Blade Edger!

This innovative high production unit will edge hardwood and softwood boards coming out of your band mill faster then you can slab them.

Available in Twin or Triple blade configuration the patent pending E240 uses regular 10" table saw ripping blades (not split blades). Simple, inexpensive, easy to re-sharpen, thin kerf table saw ripping blades allows for quick change and low horsepower requirements

-The E240 Edger feature two sliding saws, our innovative system have eliminated problematic sliding collars.

-An optional fix position center blade can be added; this allows producing 2 boards out of an un-edged slab or 3 boards out of a slab with one straight edge (with the optional adjustable fence).

-Each of the two saws sliding systems features easy to read scales and adjustable preset stoppers. This system allows for infinite board width setting and up to four preset combinations. Board width can be measured from between the two side saws or from the center saw (optional) to each side saws.

-The E240 main frame is a massive powder coated welded assembly made of precision laser cut heavy gauge steel.

-Saw spindles and spindle housings are CNC machined out of billet steel, high quality components are used throughout the machine.

-Both infeed and outfeed conveyors lift for storage and provide an easy maintenance access; these conveyors are equipped with gripping rough top belt that are kept centered with built in center guides.

-The variable speed feed system features a mechanical drive thru an oil bath gear box therefore providing a more rugged system then 12 volt driven feed and more reliable then hydraulic feed.

-The E240 Edger is shipped fully assembled on a 4' X 6' pallet, the front leg for stationary models or trailer package (axle, tongue, and lights) are to be installed at destination.
